Blend or stack
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
Also called Mod GRF + Ipamorelin
Pairs a GHRH analog with a ghrelin-receptor agonist, the two main ways to push the pituitary to release growth hormone.
What is in it
CJC-1295
CJC-1295 with DAC · CJC-1295 without DAC
CJC-1295 is a lab-made, modified version of the active part of growth-hormone-releasing hormone.
Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin acetate · NNC 26-0161
Ipamorelin is a small lab-made peptide (five building blocks) that copies the hunger hormone ghrelin to make the pituitary release growth hormone.
Is there evidence for the combination?
The idea of combining the two drug types comes from a 1990 study in healthy men. A single injection of a GHRP together with GHRH released more growth hormone than either alone 1. That study used GHRP-6 and natural GHRH, not CJC-1295 or ipamorelin, and we found no trial of this exact pair.

Mixing adds unknowns. A blend carries the risks of every ingredient, and the interactions are untested. Vial contents and ratios are set by sellers and are not standardized. See each ingredient page for safety and legal details.
